Our team welcomes you Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm, at 2 North Terrace, London SW3 2BA, a six-minute walk from South Kensington station.
- Booking your appointment. You can book online through our appointment system, by phone on 020 7589 9321 or by email at contact@lamaisonmedicale.co.uk. If you already have a prescription, please send it to us beforehand so we can prepare your file.
- Preparing for your test. Depending on the type of examination, specific instructions (fasting, hydration, medications to pause) are sent to you at the time of booking. Our team remains available before your visit for any question.
- On the day of your examination. You are welcomed by the practitioner or clinician matching your test: GP, consultant radiologist, clinical nurse or specialist. The duration and procedure vary depending on the test prescribed.
- Results and medical follow-up. Your results are sent to you by email as soon as they are available. For complex analyses or specialised examinations, a dedicated consultation is offered to explain the results and define with you the next steps of your medical pathway.
