Meet Dr Emily Kara: your longevity doctor at KIC\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Kensington International Clinic longevity programme is led by Dr Emily Kara, a bilingual English\/French general practitioner educated in France before reading medicine at Oxford University.<\/span><\/p>

After graduating, Dr Kara trained in hospital medicine and obtained her Membership of the Royal College of Physicians, before retraining as a GP and becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She holds a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is fully registered with the GMC (no. 6102278).<\/span><\/p>

With over twenty years of clinical experience, Dr Kara spent more than a decade providing healthcare to English and French-speaking expatriate communities in Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore. In 2021, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Family Medicine Fellowship Program at Jiahui International Hospital, Shanghai, a role that reflects both her clinical expertise and her commitment to medical education.<\/span><\/p>

She returned to London in July 2025 to join Kensington International Clinic, bringing with her a deeply international perspective on preventive care and a strong belief in continuity: knowing her patients well, over time, is the foundation of genuinely personalised medicine.<\/span><\/p>
